At AHEEC, quality is the top priority. We source our cells exclusively from world-class suppliers like CATL and EVE Battery, ensuring high-quality components for our lithium batteries.
To maintain excellence, AHEEC implements strict IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes, ensuring that no defective products are accepted, produced, or delivered. Automated end-of-line (EoL) testers are employed during manufacturing for thorough insulation testing, BMS calibration, OCV testing, and other critical functional tests.
Additionally, AHEEC has established a state-of-the-art reliability test lab equipped with advanced tools, including a battery cell tester, metallographic testing equipment, microscopes, vibration testers, temperature and humidity testing chambers, charging and discharging testers, tensile testers, and a pool for water ingress protection testing. This comprehensive testing ensures our products meet the highest standards of performance and durability.
